Physical Products
These products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used.

Shipping charges
- Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs and the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Paint and Stain Machine.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
